Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RYVA. We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any request received after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a return or refund, regardless of reason.
2. Condition Requirement
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sealed, and unopened condition. We do not accept returns on any opened, partially used, or customer-damaged items. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of all customers.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following must be met:

The request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

The product was purchased directly through ryvastrips.com.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Opened or partially used products.
Products not purchased directly from ryvastrips.com.
Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
5. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are treated as standard purchases and are subject to the same 30-day / unopened-only return conditions above. To avoid an unwanted charge, subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow this return process if eligible. Please refer to the Subscription Terms in our Terms of Service for full cancellation instructions.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@ryvastrips.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions. Do not ship any item back without first receiving a written return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
7. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. RYVA is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ryvastrips.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Failure to contact us within 7 days of delivery may affect our ability to resolve the issue.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, initiate a return (if eligible under this policy) and place a new order.
