By accessing or using the Site in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent.

5. Subscription Terms

RYVA may offer subscribe-and-save or other recurring purchase options ("Subscriptions"). By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize RYVA and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price confirmed at enrollment. The following terms apply to all Subscriptions:

• Recurring Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle at the price confirmed at the time of enrollment. Subscription prices may be adjusted with advance notice to you.

• Billing Notice: You will receive an email notification prior to each recurring charge. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method and contact information remain current.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support@ryvastrips.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Subscription offering at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to active Subscriptions.

• Failed Payments: If a recurring charge fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. Continued failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your Subscription.

No Automatic Renewal of Cancelled Subscriptions: Once a Subscription is cancelled, it will not renew. To resume, you must re-enroll through the Site.

6. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our third-party fulfillment partner. Shipping times, rates, and available destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase, and we do not accept returns on opened or partially used products. Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to the same return conditions as one-time purchases.

You may only bring claims on an individual basis and expressly waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
