Shipping Policy

All RYVA orders are fulfilled and shipped through our third-party fulfillment partner from a U.S.-based facility. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and available destinations are calculated and displayed at checkout. The information below describes our fulfillment process and general shipping capabilities as of the effective date above. We reserve the right to update this policy as fulfillment terms change.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-5 business days of the order being accepted. Processing begins once your order status changes to "Accepted." During the first two hours after placement, your order will show as "New."

Once an order has been accepted by our fulfillment team, it cannot be modified or cancelled. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to most U.S. states. We are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses). These destinations are restricted at checkout. Available domestic service levels and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout prior to payment. Delivery estimates are business day estimates from the ship date and are not guarantees.

3. International Shipping

We ship to a limited number of international destinations. Available countries and applicable rates are confirmed at checkout. All international orders are fulfilled from our U.S. facility and are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. The recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority upon delivery. RYVA has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or cover them. We recommend reviewing your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

International delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are subject to customs clearance delays that are outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

All applicable shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment, based on package weight and destination. RYVA reserves the right to update rates at any time. The rate confirmed at checkout at the time of purchase is the rate that applies to your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after receiving your confirmation. You can monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided number.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. RYVA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment, address changes may not be possible.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ryvastrips.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours before contacting us, then reach out and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

8. Carrier Delays

Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside RYVA's control. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier operations, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
